AmNote on the Anti-Defamation League: Jewish Police State in America The Jews repeatedly shown that they have no allegiance to the United States, and only to Israel. Jews have absolutely no respect for American laws or way of life. Someone should tell Jews that in America, Americans live under American law and not Jewish law. The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) of B'nai B'rith was caught using and recruiting spies for their nationwide espionage network to perform covert actions for Israel against American citizens and organizations. Espionage activities of the ADL are conducted with the help and full cooperation of American state and law enforcement agencies. The ADL runs a far-flung, illegal spy network in concert with U.S. government officials, police officers, and other law enforcement agencies in major cities across America. Jews never admit to wrongdoing, because in their minds they never do anything wrong as long as it benefits them, no matter how despicable. And so, in that spirit, the ADL claimed the same rights as journalists gathering information on private individuals and organizations. However, in the over 30 years of running their U.S. spy ring, the ADL never published a news article using the information and data they gathered, but rather passed it along to Israel. It also took over six years for the ADL to final "negotiate" a settlement to the lawsuits, during which time they did everything they could to suppress the truth about their illegal and criminal activities. Later, a U.S. Defense Department memo also pointed out the fact that Israel recruits American-born agents to gather U.S. military and intelligence secrets. The ADL had the arrogance to called the DOD's accusations "anti-Semitic", when in fact the ADL is the very proof of an Israeli spy network in the United States run by the Mossad, the Israeli intelligence agency.
Can anyone argue that it is a good idea for local police to spy for a foreign nation? Is it in the best interest of American citizens for law enforcement agencies to be involve with a religious-based organization that is dedicated to the advancement of a foreign country's agenda in America? Doesn't a conflict of interest, if not a treasonable situation, exists with this chummy relationship between the cops and the Jews, since sensitive information was given to Israel? Isn't it obvious that this abuse of police power by the ADL has led to the formation of a Jewish police state in America? How can the police be seen as unbiased and unprejudiced public servants when they are criminal involved in Anti-American and racist Jewish activitiesactivities that not only violate the civil rights of American citizens, but are outright espionage in service to Israel and under the control of American Zionists.
The close relationship between the police and Jews has already lead to harassment of innocent people and the abuse of civil right all in the name of Isreal and the Jewish cause. Why is American law enforcement the pawns of the Anti-American, pro-Isreali Jewish movement in America? Beside the enticing police officers with bribes, the ADL shares information with the police, that perhaps can help police solve crimes. However, the sharing of information by the ADL with police is done to target those groups and individuals viewed by the ADL as standing in the way of advancing the Jewish cause in America, including those that see Israel and the ADL as a threat to the United States. But, the cozy relationship of ADL and law enforcement has become a two-way street in which police share confidential information with the ADL and Israel, and that is illegal!
As recent as November, 2000 the San Diego police department in collaboration with the ADL arrested a Lemon Grove man, Alex Curtis, for hate crimes. The mention of the Curtis incident is not a defense of neo-Nazism or their hate crimes, but rather an indictment of the too close and ongoing relationship that still exist between law enforcement and the ADL, and the civil rights abuse to American citizens that their collusion can still causes. Jews are famous for intimidating and "getting" people that disagrees with their personal and political agendas, but it is not the job of law enforcement to do their "dirty work" for them, like Roman soldiers. The self-serving ADL is manipulating the American legal system for it own purposes and to do Israel's bidding. America is not Israel. To think that American police officers are rolling over to the ADL for a trip to Israel is unconscionable. The American people have the right to disagree with the Anti-American and racial activities of the Jews in America, such as stealing U.S. military secrets and harassing African-American groups, without being targeted by ADL goons and law enforcement agencies. It is a sad day when American police officers sell out America by consorting with foreign intelligence agents to undermine the Constitution of the United States. Curtis received jail time for his civil rights violations, yet not one ADL spy ring member spent a day in jail, even though their civil right violations were more widespread and damaging to America!
Some Americans may feel sympathy for the ADL, since they have taken on the impossible task of defending the indefensible behavior of Jews in America, as well as their own. However, the collusion between the ADL and law enforcement agencies must stop and their clandestine actions must cease. America is literally being assimilated from within by the corrupt, self-serving culture of the Jews with the help of the ADL. Point-blank, the ADL is nothing short of an Anti-American, pro-Israeli terrorist organization, that is being allowed to operating freely within America's borders by the U.S government. Intimidation of law-abiding Americans by ADL thugs is a hallmark of its activities in America. But, when ADL intimidation is backed up by a nationwide spy network led by national and state government agencies, local police departments, in such cities as the San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Diego, and New York, and national law enforcement agencies, such as the FBI and CIA in Washington D.C., Jews must be seen as a threat to the very foundation of America and American freedoms!
Defense Memo Warned of Israeli Spying The Washington Post A Defense Department security office issued a confidential warning to many military contractors in October that the Israeli government was "aggressively" trying to steal U.S. military and intelligence secrets, partly by using its "strong ethnic ties" to the United States to recruit spies. The warning, which described Israel as a "non-traditional adversary" in the world of espionage, was circulated by the Defense Investigative Service with a memo noting similar intelligence "threats" from other close U.S. allies. The warning about Israel was "canceled" and withdrawn by the Pentagon in December after senior officials decided its author had improperly singled out Jewish "ethnicity" as a specific counterintelligence concern. The warning nonetheless provoked a vigorous protest yesterday by the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) of B'nai B'rith, a prominent Jewish organization, which made the matter public and called on the Pentagon to conduct an internal investigation. "This is a distressing charge which impugns American Jews and borders on antisemitism," said ADL Director Abraham H. Foxman in a letter to Defense Secretary William J. Perry. [click here to continue]
Anti-Defamation League Settles Spying Lawsuit Los Angeles Times Six years after it was accused of illegal spying, the Anti-Defamation League agreed Monday to a federal court settlement preventing it from obtaining information from any state employee or officer when it knows--or should know--the act is unlawful. The long-debated settlement, approved by U.S. District Judge Richard Paez, marks the final chapter in a suit initiated by former San Francisco Dist. Atty. Arlo Smith amid charges that associates of the Jewish civil rights group sold information on anti-apartheid groups to the government of South Africa. Over time, the list of plaintiffs grew to include a number of groups and individuals who said the ADL hired intelligence agents with law enforcement connections to gather secret information about their activities. Anti-Defamation League Sued; Rights Violations Alleged in Spying The Washington Post Fifteen civil rights groups and seven individuals filed a federal lawsuit yesterday against the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) of B'nai B'rith, claiming the Jewish group violated their civil and privacy rights by spying on their activities. The lawsuit, based in large part on facts that have emerged in a criminal probe of the ADL in San Francisco, not only pits Arab-American groups against the ADL, but several other civil rights groups representing African Americans, Latinos and Jews, as well as various social causes such as the anti-apartheid movement and those opposed to police abuse. "This is an unusual lawsuit. An organization that has done important civil rights work is being charged with violating civil rights," Albert Mokhiber, president of the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee (ADC), which is the lead plaintiff in the case, said at a news conference. The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in San Francisco, alleges that the ADL "raided the trash of the people on whom it spied, infiltrated meetings and even obtained from the police confidential law enforcement information," Mokhiber said. Suit Says ADL, Cops in Cahoots In Running Illegal Spy Network The San Francisco Chronicle A coalition of civil rights and peace groups filed a federal lawsuit yesterday that accuses the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) of the B'nai B'rith of running an illegal spy network in concert with San Francisco police officers and law enforcement agencies in several other U.S. cities. The suit contends that the league conspired with the San Francisco Police Department and the sheriffs departments of Los Angeles and San Diego counties to violate the free-speech and privacy rights of Arab Americans and other political activists who oppose ADL policies. The ADL, its ''fact finders'' and its ''official friends'' in big-city police departments across the nation exchanged confidential files regarding the members of several hundred organizations engaged in political dissent, the suit says. ADL's Extensive Intelligence Unit; Operation Bigger Than Expected The San Francisco Chronicle The intelligence network operated by the Anti-Defamation League of B'nai B'rith appears to have been significantly larger than originally suspected, according to documents filed in San Francisco Superior Court this week. Inventories filed by the district attorney's office show that police who searched the ADL's San Francisco and Los Angeles offices April 8 seized more than 300 file folders, which contained information on individuals and organizations. Those documents included two memos about former Democratic U.S. Senator Alan Cranston dating back to the 1970s. They also seized documents that appear to show the ADL had more undercover informants on its payroll than the six who had been previously disclosed. The documents were taken as evidence in an investigation of allegations that Tom Gerard, a former San Francisco Police Department intelligence specialist, illegally leaked restricted police information to the ADL through Roy Bullock, a San Francisco art dealer who has admitted spying for the League for more than 30 years. S.D. Sheriff's Unit Named In Civil-Rights Suit The San Diego Union-Tribune The San Diego County Sheriff's Department has been named in a lawsuit that accuses several police agencies of fostering civil-rights abuses by passing confidential information to an alleged spy for the Anti-Defamation League of B'Nai B'rith. The suit was filed in U.S. District Court here by a coalition of Arab-American groups, a Jewish peace organization, anti-apartheid activists and the American Indian Movement. In addition to an unspecified amount of monetary damages, the suit seeks a court order preventing San Diego and Los Angeles sheriff's deputies and San Francisco police from divulging information about the plaintiffs to the ADL, which is dedicated to fighting anti-Semitism. San Diego Sheriff Jim Roache said yesterday his department did nothing wrong and had pledged to work with the plaintiffs to ensure their rights would not be violated. "It's unfortunate that a suit was filed because there's no basis for a belief that the Sheriff's Department did anything at all impermissible or unlawful," Roache said. "I was hopeful that after meeting with these people and explaining it, this wouldn't happen." The suit comes about four months after the coalition filed $2.4 million in claims against the cities and counties of Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco. A group of 19 Arab-Americans and others also sued the ADL in San Francisco Superior Court on April 14, alleging invasion of privacy. In the latest filing, the plaintiffs allege that San Diego's Sheriff's Detective Tim Carroll passed information about the plaintiffs to the ADL. They also claim that the ADL paid for a 1991 trip Carroll took to Israel. [click here to continue]
Man Held For Hate Crimes Wants Bail; But Civic Leaders Say They Fear Him The San Diego Union-Tribune A Lemon Grove man accused of hate crimes against Rep. Bob Filner and three other San Diego civic leaders is asking to be released from prison until his trial. But the civic leaders say they fear Alex Curtis and are urging a federal judge to continue holding him without bail. Curtis, 25, has been held in isolation at the Metropolitan Correctional Center since his Nov. 9 arrest at his parents' home. He has pleaded innocent to three counts of conspiracy to violate civil rights. In December, federal authorities convinced a magistrate judge that Curtis should be detained because he is dangerous and might flee. But Curtis' new attorney, Bernard Skomal, has asked Marilyn Huff, the San Diego chief federal judge, to consider releasing him on a bond backed by the $ 240,000 home of Curtis' parents. "Although what this defendant espouses is offensive to many, the government included, it is not a legal basis for detaining the defendant without bond," Skomal said in a written request filed in San Diego federal court. Skomal, who was recently hired by Curtis' family to replace a court-appointed attorney, declined to comment. Curtis' release is opposed by the civic leaders he is accused of harassing: Filner, La Mesa Mayor Art Madrid, civil rights activist Clara Harris and regional Anti-Defamation League director Morris Casuto. They've all written letters to the chief judge, urging that Curtis be kept in custody. [click here to continue]
Lemon Grove Man Called 'A Rising Star Among Bigots' The San Diego Union-Tribune The two classrooms at Helix High were thoughtfully decorated by teachers who wanted the walls to complement their lessons on literature and history, particularly the often-forgotten contributions of nonwhite writers and soldiers. Somebody didn't like it. The rooms were ransacked and vandalized. A poster of two babies, black and white, was defaced. Walls were spray-painted with swastikas. Notes were left in drawers."The Ku Klux Klan is watching," one said, "and we're not happy about what we see." The campus roiled. One student was so worried about his teacher that he spent a night outside her house to guard her. No one suspected Alex Curtis, a skinny kid in preppie clothes who had few friends. Never said much in class. Kind of invisible. That was 1993. Eventually, school officials linked Curtis to the break-ins and expelled him. Four years later, he was convicted of using a La Mesa police insignia on hate literature. Curtis is still mostly invisible to anyone unfamiliar with organized racism. But, in the netherworld of hate, he is a giant. Curtis spends most of his time in what was the laundry room of his parents' house in Lemon Grove. Bright, articulate, clean-cut, he drives an older Porsche and sporadically studies history at San Diego State University. But from the laundry-turned-office in this working-class, racially diverse neighborhood, Curtis has carved a niche in the hate movement that sets him apart from traditional racists. Forget shaved heads and tattoos, white hoods and fiery rallies. Curtis toils in isolation, spewing racism through a Web site, a magazine and a telephone hotline. At 25, Curtis is among a new generation of leaders shaping hate in modern ways. They recruit through cyberspace and music, shun big meetings and encourage lone violent attacks to create an all-white nation. Curtis is considered "a rising star among bigots" by the Anti-Defamation League. The Southern Poverty Law Center, a watchdog group based in Montgomery, Ala., recently named him as one of the nation's six most prominent young hate leaders on the basis of its analysis of hate groups across the country.
